  • ■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
    ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
    ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
    ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.

Meet our AMAZING massage therapists! Tomorrow, January 17th from 12-5pm Jo-Ella Garcia, Stephanie Gentry, and Don Ockey will unveil their tranquil massage suite here at CrossFit Ftf. The therapists are excited to meet all of our members and tell you about their individual specialties. Come enjoy lunch and enter to win PRIZES!!

This opportunity for healing and therapeutic Massage has been a vision of FTF and we are able to join together with these three amazing therapists to provide not only high quality fitness, but high quality recovery and rehabiliatation as well.  It is here in which your recovery process will be enhanced, relieveing aches, pains and soreness from your weary muscles.
